Synopsis: Ink-Trotting is a travel television show hosted by Austin, Texas artist Scotty "The Body Wotty" Closter aka the Neon Cowboy. Scotty will visit tattoo festivals worldwide exploring the local flavor. This show is directed and shot by Scott Audette.
